Improvers Course

Service Description

After completing the Beginners Course, it's time to progress those skills on our and expand the range of jewellery you could make. You are encouraged to design your own final piece, using the skills you have learned in both courses. On this course we will cover: advanced soldering techniques, doming, stone setting, rolling metals, texturing and chain making. You will receive an allowance of base metal, silver and a semi precious gem. Additional metals that may be required will be charged separately. The course lasts six weeks, with one class session every week at the same time and day. Each class lasts 2.5 hours. Class days and times change as the course renews to cater to different timetables. Once you have completed the Improvers Course, you may wish to take your skills to the next level and either opt for some one to one tuition with Rob, or take advantage of our bench hire!
