We handcraft all our jewellery in-house, and so many of our pieces are made to order. If we have the piece in stock we will dispatch it within 7 working days. If we need to make your piece bespoke, we will make it to order and dispatch within 3-5 weeks.
How will my order be dispatched?
All our jewellery is shipped securely via Royal Mail Special Delivery and costs £10. Your piece will be made to order, and dispatched within 3-5 weeks.
How do I return an item?
As specialists in bespoke jewellery, our pieces are made exclusively for you to your specifications. As such, we cannot offer refunds unless the item is faulty and we are unable to restore it. If you should receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt via telephone: 01422 844 804 or email: email@example.com.
When ordering rings please make sure you have the correct size. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size, as whilst we may be able to resize a ring, this is not always possible and may be subject to a charge.
If you need to return a faulty item, please ensure that you use a parcel delivery service that provides insurance, as the items remain your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost in transit. Please ensure that if you are returning a faulty item, you return it in the original packaging.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, so every attempt will be made to restore your piece to flawless condition if damaged, and refunds will only be issued if we are unable to satisfactorily restore an item. All refunds will be returned via PayPal to the card that was used in the initial purchase, within 28 days of receiving your return.
If you have any further questions about shipping or returns, please feel free to contact us.
What materials do you work with and how are they sourced?
We work with the following precious metals which most of our jewellery pieces can be ordered in: rose gold, yellow gold, white gold, silver, platinum and palladium. All of our diamonds and coloured stones are ethically sourced from conflict free zones. Please note, as gemstones are naturally formed, colours may vary slightly from stone to stone.
